Delivery includes deployment
A zip file is not a product. We are finished when the thing is live, monitored, backed up, and someone other than us can operate it.
Support is part of the price
Twelve months of bug fixes and patches are included in every build. Charging separately to fix our own mistakes is not a business model we want.
You own everything
Source code, accounts and infrastructure are yours. If you want to take the project elsewhere, nothing about our arrangement should stop you.
Fixed scope beats hourly billing
We would rather spend a day getting the scope right than a quarter arguing about a timesheet. You know the price before you commit.
