Terms of service

These terms govern purchases of website and SEO packages from Laymoon Consultancy F.Z.E (“we”, “us”) through this website. By completing Stripe Checkout you agree to them.

What we sell

We sell our own fixed-scope work in two lines: web development (a landing page, a business website, or a custom website) and SEO (audit, audit plus content outline, or audit plus on-page fixes). Listings describe the files you receive, the one-time price, and typical turnaround. We do not sell physical products, retainers, or third-party marketplace items. We do not sell company-formation or visa services on this site.

Orders and payment

Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED). Payment is collected by Stripe on our behalf. A contract is formed when Stripe confirms payment. You must provide accurate contact and billing details so we can deliver the work.

Your responsibilities

You agree to submit an accurate project brief before payment (contact details, what you sell, how you want the work, and a website URL when the package is SEO). Delays on your side can extend delivery. Work is for your lawful business use.

Intellectual property

After full payment, you receive the rights we describe for the deliverables (typically a license to use the finished work in your business). We may reuse generic methods and know-how. We do not transfer unused concepts or raw working files unless the listing says so.

Acceptable use

You must not use our services for unlawful, deceptive, or restricted activities under UAE law or Stripe’s prohibited businesses list.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Refunds, delivery, and privacy

Delivery and cancellations are described in Refunds & delivery. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as they apply in Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time of purchase applies to that order.
