Refunds & delivery

This policy explains how Laymoon Consultancy F.Z.E delivers website and SEO packages and how refunds and cancellations work. It applies to every purchase made through this website.

What you are buying

You are buying a fixed-scope package from one of two lines — a website we develop, or SEO — not a physical product. Nothing is shipped. Deliverables are site source files or SEO PDFs sent by email.

Delivery / fulfillment

  • You submit a project brief before payment. After Stripe confirms payment we email you within one business day at the address from that brief. If we need extra assets or site access, we ask in that email.
  • Typical delivery is 5–14 business days after payment, using the brief you submitted, depending on the package (stated on each product page). Hours: Sunday–Thursday, 9:00–18:00 GST. Orders placed on Friday or Saturday are acknowledged the next business day.
  • Turnaround is stated on each package page. We depend on you providing content and feedback promptly.
  • Final files are delivered by email or a shared link (PDF, source files, or page build). Keep that inbox accessible.

Cancellation before work starts

If you cancel within 7 days of payment and we have not started work, we refund the full amount to the original payment method.

Refunds after work has started

If we have started but not delivered the described scope, we may offer a partial refund reflecting work already completed. After you have accepted the deliverables, sales are final except where we failed to provide the package described on the product page.

How to request a refund

  1. Email opsn@uaecsp.club (or call +971 50 505 0505) with your name, Stripe receipt or session ID, and the reason.
  2. We respond within one business day.
  3. Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method. Banks typically show the credit within 5–10 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first so we can fix the issue. Unwarranted chargebacks may be contested with Stripe using our order records.
