Delivery & fulfillment

• You send a project brief before payment. After Stripe confirms payment we reply within one business day and book a kickoff call. If we need assets or access, we ask in that email.
• Typical delivery is 5 business days after we have your brief. Everything is delivered digitally to the address used at checkout. Nothing is shipped.
• Support included. Every build we ship includes 12 months of bug fixes, security patches and deployment support at no extra cost.
